How fast is shipping?

• Delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier and your location. Upon the shipment of your order, you will be sent an email containing a link to track your package. Tracking can also be viewed at anytime by logging into your account and reviewing "Orders" or "Order History" on the account menu.

Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?

• We offer expedited shipping however we do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

• Shipping costs may vary upon region

  What shipping carrier do you use?

• Our products are shipped via DHL SmartMail, FedEx SmartPost, or USPS, depending on the product you ordered.

• What is DHL SmartMail and FedEx SmartPost?

  • DHL and FedEx will deliver the packages to the post office that is nearest to the final destination.  USPS then takes over the delivery process and ensures that the package reaches its final destination.

Can you ship to a P.O. box?

• Yes, all of our products can be shipped to a P.O. box via USPS.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate returns given the nature of our products.
